Resistance training exercise and strength training is the number one tool to combat neuromuscular aging. The only ways to preserve life are strength training, and a well-balanced diet. Kate encourages her clients to eat whole and Wild foods, and works one on one with each individual to discover and manage their macronutrients needs. Consistency with focused daily movement, a healthy mindset and balanced nutrition is the only secret to longevity.
Kate graduated with a Bachelor's of Science and holds personal training certifications with ACE Fitness in addition to CSCS and Pilates certifications. She holds speciality certifications in Precision Nutrition, Pre/Postnatal Exercise, Yoga, TRX Suspension Training, Kettle Bell Levels 1&2 Training and Animal Flow.
